Default what kind of gains with these mods and a ecu tune do you think I could get

ok so I got dc header and I want to get bigger injectors and high flow cat. I have a 97 prelude base with a 138,000 miles on it. If I were to get a tune would these mods come into play if so what do you think I could get from stock to this?

With those mods I don't think you are going to need bigger injectors. What are you tuning with? I think the gains would be modest.

you would gain -10 maybe -20 whp with those injectors and your loose definition of a tune.

Bigger injectors are pointless and will likely hurt your power. The high flow cat might gain you a few hp.

What makes you think dropping in more fuel will make power?

lol i dont think he has any idea of how injectors work and what load is.. the power gained from injector idea is probably derived from all of the boosted/ highHP N/A cars and he put 2+2 together. (higher hp cars share the similarity of larger injectors)

gains would probably be very minimal if any. I remember old threads that comapred the old dc headers to the 4th gen jdm headers. No need for the injectors or really a tune at that. wait until you have more of a reason to need tuning, and when you do get to the tune have you picked out what your going to tune it off of?
