Ok i have a 1996 EK hatch that has some kind of problom with the headlights?

ok both lights work on low beam but when i turn on my high beams only the pass side comes on an the driver side turns off ive checked all fuses an even changed my bulbs!

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE???

 

find which wire goes to your high beam and take a meter put it on dc voltage and check to see if your getting voltage witch the high beams on

 

ok will do also when i flick the high beams on the light for the high beams in the cluster dosent turn on at all an its not burnt out either!

 

TTT can someone help me!! could it be my cluster since the high beam light dosent come on??!
