Default car tops out at 70mph

where to start looking?
my guess is compression....? Any decent quick fixes?

engine d15b2
trany=the sux->could be source of issue?
mileage=225k
brand new timing belt-> timing seems to be on...
brand new cap & rotor
brand new ngk plugs a wires
brand new cat back
cat is leaking...
brand new radiator
brand new valve cover gasket
brand new water pump
brand new belts (acc/alt/power steering)
brand new oil pan gasket
CRANK SHAFT SEAL leaks after timing belt Change!-> could be a source of issue!
mpg =30+
soldiered main relay
ignition swich = needs work
new oil pan gasket
new battery
fuel filter=? could have never been changed?
fuel pump= seems to be ok..... at lower rpm
new cv axels
some sort of injector clearner is in the gas as of now, cant remember brand but it was a yellow bottle

The car seems fine, just stressed at 70mph with pedal to floor.

Not looking for the solution just some paths to inspect and ideas...? This is my winter beater new to hondas... I am a BMW guy... ):

umm its a beater it gets 30+ mpg why would you need it to go over 70 its not a race car? sounds like your timing might be off?
