Default GSR Swap help... almost done

I've been searching for just about a day now and answered almost all of my questions. I have a 96 Integra. ECU is OBD2 and if I'm not mistaken the harness for the motor is OBD1

First thing, theres an extra plug with 2 wires on the passenger side harness where the other 3 plug in. I'm not sure what this is or where it goes to.

Next, there was a Red/Blue wire that was cut from one of the 3 plugs on the passenger side as well. Looks like it was tapped into but I'm not sure where it goes. I looked up a few wiring diagrams and haven't been able to figure it out. I'm guessing it might be a VTEC wire but not positve.

There's a nipple on the top of the TB, the only thing I don't have plugged in is the chararol cansister. Does that go there or plugged into something else? If it's not the cansister where the heck does that plug into?

Lastly, there's some type of valve looken thing on the Intake Manifold that looks like a nipple might be broken on it. What is this and what's it too or do.

Thanks for the help, hopes the pics help makes this easier.

I just realized that myself, the plug is a 2 wire and it's up by the harness. The harness is OBD2 because I did plug in my 02 sensor underneath.

I just need to know what this stuff is for, the nipple on the TB, 2 wire plug, wiring up vtec.

bump.... still need help. Also, finally put coolant in it to warm up and let it run, so far so good. Except it has a high idle. On start up it was at like 2500 than I had to hit the gas and it went down to about 1300ish. Any ideas?

From what I found it seems like it's the knock sensor wire, I'm guessing I need this connected correct?

I think I figured out how to wire the 2 wires for VTEC. It seems like the 2 wires are going to the old CKF wires, blue/red & white/red. Since the motor doesn't have that I can just bypass the ECU for no code 54 and than wire the 2 wires into the correct pins.

I still need help with the nipple on the TB and the idle.
