GSR Tranny W/JDM FD vs. US B16/ITR tranny.
what gearing would be better for drag racing/acceleration and why?
i know the itr has a lighter flywheel and LSD...
but i was just wondering whether i should throw an upgraded clutch and chromoly
flyhweel in my gsr tranny along with a jdm final drive...oh yah and a quaife.

The only b series hydro trannies that have different FD's are the '98 spec ITR and US LS/GS. Just get a Y21/S21(EG2/6/9 Del Sol/Civic/Civic 4dr) gear set and you will be happy.
They're very close, but the JDM final drive still can't completely compromise for the heinous GSR 2nd gear. You may find the following sites of use:
