Icon3 Vacuum lines

I have a '92 prelude si 4ws that has a h22a swap, when the car is cold it is extremely hard to start but once it warms up its fine. I was told that the vacuum line that are not hooked up will cause that. can someone help me get them in the right spot please. the lines on the very end of the intake on the driver side are just ran to eachother, same with the ones right above the throtle body. there is one more on the back of the intake is off too, its just capped off. there is a little round device on the front of the intake that is unhookds too it says"up" on the top of it. Thanx to anyone that can help me out.
