ok so i went with ingals with the polyurethane bushings... it says they need to be lubricated properly or they will squeak... so my question now is what kind of lube????

use that marine teflon grease because it is waterproof and you will not have to re-apply it later down the road. The trick it to let the poly stay lubbed and wet. When it dries out is when it squeaks.

If I were you I would probably get the rubber bushings instead of the poly. The poly is going to ride rougher and it is noisey compared to the rubber bushings which are made for a street car. The poly inserts are really made for race use

whether it's for racing or not poly lasts longer, and you don't have to lube them that often. Bottom line is they will hold up longer than rubber hawaii

I use KY Jelly.... Oh wait... Yeah, stick with the marine grease. I will probably get some bushings on my car poly (the ones that are easy to access to lube) and others just regular rubber.
