Are they working now? If so, why replace them? I've never had to replace a motor in mine, I just use a little bit of silicon spray in the tracks every 2-3 years when they start to get slow when it's wet out.

I've had an 00 Civic, 96 Accord, 99 CRV, and 06 Odyssey in the family, and it's been my experience that Honda power window problems are a bit overblown. I haven't seen one yet that I couldn't fix by cleaning the tracks and spraying them with a bit of lube.

If they're not currently working, I'd still say OEM.
