well, right now my car is idleing kind of high (1500 RPM) and when i start in first gear and i dont rev my engine above 2200 RPM my car boggs real bad and it feals like i am going to stall, i have to push my clutch in real quick and sort of rev my engine over 2200 RPM and then it will be fine. Also, when i am driving and i down shift and my engine is at low rpm (between 2500 RPM or lower, it will have the same thing happen. oh yeah, by the way i have a B18B, if that makes a difference.... if there is any other questions feel free to ask me....

 

sounds like you timing is off a couple of teeth, or you distributer timing is WAY off, but I dont see how distributer timing could do that. I have a B18A (same motor practically) in my civic and It had the same symptoms. check ur timing
