i got H&R race springs with them. juss wonderin wut settings on the AGX's do you guys have them on and how does it ride for race and for driving. please indicate wut kind of springs u have as well. thanks guys!

Someone told me I should put the Integra Ground Controls on my coupe if I planned on doing a swap in near future... something about the spring rate being more forgiving of a dohc motor??? All I know is the ride is pretty harsh. I've got my AGX's set to 1 all the way around and I still think I'm riding around on cut springs from time to time... Any ideas? Should I get a set of civic G/C's and make it right? thanks
ive got them on with my eibach pros..#1 setting is stock #2 is 15% stiffer, 3# is 50% stiffer than #2..im emailing u the the other info dude

Atis you can get any Spring rate You want from GC.. if You order directly from them they will get you the setup you would need unlike most other Companies that only carry 4 or 5 spring rates.. Ground control orders directly from Eibach and they carry any Spring rate you need
info on the way...since fwd cars a heavier its suggest d that the front struts be adjust d bit tighter..say the rears are set at 2..the front should be at 3 or 4..rears at 3, the front should be at 4 or 5..any more for of road only
alright... welp, as stock spring rates go then, I ordered the G/C kit for a late model integra... I've got a not-to-late-late model civic. Are the teg rates that much stiffer? any idea?
