Question about sidewall labeling
Newbie here, I am planning to buy 4 winter tires TOYO OBSERVE GARIT KX
for my 2007 civic si, 215 45 17, I noticed on the tires after 215 45 17 there's 91H, what is that? would there be a problem fiiting these tires on my rims

No problem fitting them at all.
91 is the "Load Rating", which means the tire can carry up to 1356 pounds, which (multiplied by four) is way more than your car weighs even fully loaded.
H is the "Speed Rating", which means that the tires are approved for sustained speeds of up to 130 mph. Don't drive faster than that.

I don't see anything about a "turkey sale" on the Tire Rack website. Of course, feel free to check prices at multiple dealers. The two biggest online dealers, the Tire Rack and Discount Tire Direct, don't sell Toyo tires, but they have many other winter tires; the two best IMHO are the Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60 ($129/tire in 215/45-17 at the Tire Rack) and the Michelin X-Ice Xi2 ($138/tire). The Tire Rack also has the X-Ice, the predecessor of the new X-Ice Xi2, for $127/tire.
