Default will a d15b7 head fit onto a d15b2 block

i have a 1995 civic coupe that i blew a hole in the block, my buddy just replaced his d15b2 engine out of his crx and i was wondering if my d15b7 head would fit onto that block easily and also if the b2 block will go right into my car like all the plugs are there and everything, if anyone could help me out with this i would appreciate it very much cuz i really need my car back on the road

From what I've learned, any SOHC D-series block is interchangable with any SOHC D-series head. I'm not sure if the wiring is gonna be plug-&-play because the D15B2 comes out of an OBD0 model where as your model is an OBD1, but maybe i'm wrong. Good Luck.
