When I put my left signal its regular but when I put my right turning signal it flickers faster than the left its not really a big deal its more of annoyance can anyone suggest me how to fix this?
You most likely have a short in one of the Turn Signal bulb Sockets.
Look for one not illuminating and check for any water that may have made it's way into the lamp assembly.
A bad lamp/body gasket can let water in. An improperly vented lamp can have condensation issues. Either can cause the socket to corrode and ultimately short.
Rule of thumb:
Short goes faster
Open goes slower

I'm not a mechanic, but wanted to add something I thought was relevant to this post.
On my '96 Accord I noticed one day the Hazard Light push button switch looked like it was not 'all the way back out', which indicates off. I realized this because I noticed my friends '96 Hazard switch set really far out. So, I grabbed mine and pulled it out a bit...
...suddenly by blinkers began working perfectly. They had been working real sporadic (never correctly) and mostly not at all. Just that switch stuck half way did all that.
Later I remembered putting on my hazards one day when the car stopped shifting and I had to pull over. Apparently the switch had been stuck ever since.
