Icon2 Flatshifting a standard Transmission

Hi all

Would like to know whether it is safe to flatshift the standard Bseries tranny (S4C) ?

The way the car is setup is that each time the clutch is depressed it activates the launch control input - which then cuts spark, adds fuel and retards timing each time the input is activated.

I would like to know from the people that have flatshifted the stock tranny if it would be OK since it is currently cutting power (spark) in any case each time you shift.

Ive got a S4C tranny with MFactory PRO 3/4 gears at this stage and makingaround 600WHP

Would keeping the throttle open not add any additional load (and stress) due to the EMS cutting spark in any case ??

Thanx for your help !!!
