Default Need a referral - Alignment Shop - Broward

Just picked up a 1990 honda crx, d16b7 swap, rear disc conversion, with a few problems:

It lists hard to the left. Last owner says it's always done it (lies of course) but when I was coming home yesterday the steering almost locked, and I had to force it out. That worries me, and I want to know if there's a good alignment shop down in broward for modified hondas.

E-Brake cable is disconnected ever since the rear disc conversion. Is there anything I'm looking at as far as complications if I'm replacing it? Should I look at a specific aftermarket kit?

Need a center console AC panel and a good shop to take a look at the AC (last owner says it needs to be charged but I'm suspicious.

The bend in the shift lever is reversed (normally bends backwards, last owner has long arms, flipped it around). The Chilton manual looks like it's 1-2 bolts on the torque rod with some gaskets that need to be replaced. Is this all, or does someone have any insight on potential screwups here?

Thanks guys! (crossposting to the crx forums)
