Car won't start
I have a 1992 Prelude h23. For some reason my car won't start. The battery is brand new. starter was just change almost a year ago. The starter is working because i hear it going. I'm not sure what to do. I was driving with almost like coolant for the radiator and the car been getting hot. The gauge went up to the reline before once or twice. I just filled the car up with new coolant after the car didn't start. It been hard to start before the car died. When i turn the key to the battery part where all your lights come on. The engine check light goes on and stays on. If anyone can help me please.

Do you mean that the starter is running, but the motor is not turning, or is the motor turning over?
If the motor is spinning, does it seem to spin rather faster than normal, ie - very little friction? If so, sounds like you have lost compression.

Biggest question is it turning over? As far as the main relay in the past has it had a history of not starting? Did it have issues starting in the heat or starting up right after it was shut off? If so I would check the main relay first. Thats been a culprit for many starting issues especially for 4th gens. Ive had to change mine in both of my 92's
