you're kinda vague here. a DC Header(NO S) from a B series motor will fit any other B series motor.
A GSR Skunk2 IM, will only fit a GSR head. Unless you want to modify it to fit a b16.
b18c can be b18c5, or b18c1... but I'm asuming b18c1 in your case. If its b18c5, it will fit the b16a head.
