just put a new motor from japan in my car and it runs fine but will not go into gear unless i jam it in hard and even with the clutch pedal al the way to the floor the tires will still spin as if the clutch is not being touched also the car will stall when i press the brake pedal even if the clutch is to the floor .....please help need info asap------ also this is while the car is running

 

Is it cable or hydro? How does the pedal feel? How does it shift when the engine is off? Sounds to me like you might be needing a new clutch...
