im running a d16y7 my question is, how come 1st and 2nd gear is not pulling no more?

Can you elaborate a little? How does it act under acceleration? CEL?

 

Did it ever really "pull"? You went from "x" to a y7? What trans are you running...what were you running? If you had a y8 or z6, did you use you same trans or swap it for the dx trans?? DX trans have wider gears than an ex/si trans. Also a y7 has a little less HP than a y8 or z6.

We need more info.
