Default Head gasket problem!!!

Ok, I just rebuilt my motor in my car, i went high compression pistons and i have a problem with head gaskets popping.. The head has been plained and i am using a metal head gasket, all of my friend say that the head bolt could have stretched! Is this possible? If anybody has an idea let me know. Thank you.......
