Differences in B20 ECUs?

Differences in B20 ECUs?
I'm looking to pick up an obd2 ECU for my B20 swapped Civic. The problem here is that I can't find any manual ECUs seeing as how there's not many of them out there. So is there any difference between the auto and manual ECUs? What about the 2WD and the AWD? If you guys could help me out on this I would really appreciate it.
