Default Loopy Idle: Throwing Codes 10/14

I replaced my catalytic converter, and my care still has a loopy idle. It is throwing codes 10 and 14. Should I replace my IAT sensor and try to clean my IAC valve? Could the vibrations of the car caused something to become unthreaded? I've tried to listen for vacuum leaks, but I don't hear any hissing.

Thanks.

sounds like you have the connectors switched - both are 2-wire connectors - the EACV has blue with yellow stripe and black with yellow stripe wires - the IAT has red with yellow stripe and green with white stripe wires - if the car was/is DPFI, the EACV connector is green

I'll check the connectors. My car has DPFI with a swapped sohc non-vtec zc.
