Default J's racing intake duct and S2000 CR

hey all ! wassappp

Dont know if this is a repost but the j's racing intake duct does not fit the s2000 cr.
in order to make it fit you need to remove what looks like a reinforcement bar that sits right behind the bumper enforcement . and even when you do that the hood doesn't like to close properly.

I don't think they made any changes to that from what I know. I cut my hood to make the Tsuchinoko chamber work without buying a hood. Hmm. If so, this is very interesting.

Also, did you remove the plastic air guide in front of the radiator thats connected to the grill?

ok guys the duct was a oem hood duct.. yes we had to remove all the plastic peaces and along with the reinforcement bar that the CR has. j's duct did not have good fitment in my opinion at all ! i could have made something that works just as well with a dryer tube ! lol but it wouldn't look at ballin ! i hope this helps anyone installing this duct in the feature !

Adjust your hood latch & the rubber bump stops that support the hood.

yea but than the gap will get all retarted I mean you can only do so much but it wont be perfect. Personaly I went with the spoon replica snorkle no fitment issues plus the inlet duct whole is bigger
