Icon6 Cylinder Head cumbustion chamber size

Ok.. I haven't been able to find much information regarding the chamber size differences from the B16A (PR3), B18c1 (P72) and B18C5 (P73?) cylinder heads.

I'm running an .5mm over-bored B16A block with a B18C1 cylinder head. I should have measured while I had the engine apart, but now that it's all assembled, I am questioning the combustion efficiency. Can anyone help?
