Default Even if you dont like front end conversions you should look!

So basicly one of my homies car got stolen and striped when he got it back it needed EVERYTHING.. they even messed up the front radiator support. well he was on a budget so we found this da that had been t-boned for 600 bucks motor and everything so it began. pulled the motor and got it ready and was looking at fixing the front end but he didnt have any money so we opted to do the front end conversion from the da since it was hit on the side. long story short he really never finished it and sold the car to another friend for 100 bucks so then we ended up finshing it. we did the front end and put a gsr in it with the gsr dash and seats what I am intrested in knowing is he just got in a wreck and even though we did pretty good for amature work I say go back to the stock front end so that things will line up a lot better but we opted to ask the H-T world and he thinks that is so unique that he would rather stick with the da front end. please I would hope that you dont jump the gun and just say switch it back because you like the civic front end. if you value being unique at all please consider sticking with the da front end. here are some pics.

You get credit for being unique - but I agree, it doesn't flow. The sharp angles of the DA front don't work with the bubble hatch...looks kinda like a duck or something

I told him what yall thought and he said "fastest duck in the south". Anyway I just thought that was funny so I wanted to share. well if we do end up doing it again then I think it would go over alot better the next time cause this was the first one we did and it still came out pretty good but there were some steps that we could have took to make it alot better.

It just looks like a mess. The nice, shaped curves of the EG Hatch tangled up with the boxy, flat front end of a DA Integra.

Unique? Meh. Its still a primered turd. Go back to stock.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, I wanted to like it, but I just can't. One of the worst front end conversions I've seen.

i think its pretty keen, some body work could make it flow better but for something that you needed done, its definitely gonna confuse some people down the road. some young fella might think there's such thing a an integra hatchback "not like the 3 door coupes".

Ive definitely seen some worse front end conversions before. That doesn't mean I like this, but good work making it at least fit decent.

I'm gonna agree with generally everybody else and say the boxy da doesn't go well with the bubble eg at all. Now that da front would probably flow better with a crx or something of that sort.
