'94 - '97 Del Sol Vtec upper and lower hoses should both work fine. Thermostat from a '99 - '00 Si or '94 - '97 Del Sol Vtec will work fine.

^^ this, and use your stock EX hose clamps, for the radiator, and the dohc clamps for the engine.

Not quite, you need adjustable hose clamps on the rad end to squeeze the larger hose on the smaller inlets on the D-series rad.

^^ umm.. no. The B series still runs pretty damn cold. I don't know what you're talking about. If anything it seems to run a bit cooler than the D series for whatever reason.

You don't need a bigger radiator than stock. Just use some worm clamps to clamp the hose down to the D series radiator neck.

Using a bigger radiator is annoying in cold places because it takes EVEN LONGER for the stupid thing to warm up. Notice how Integras and EFs take like 15 years to warm up? F that. The radiator is too damn big on those cars. The half sized civic radiators work just fine for a NA B series. They're aluminum open deck NA motors. I've never had cooling issues with stock radiators and I'm not even a hard parker.

If I was a hard parker, I'd fake cooling issues so I could get some more bling under the hood that I was never going to use.

OP: Use either the 99-00 Si hose, the DC2/DB8 hose (not sure if the DA will work), or Del sol VTEC hose. Use a worm clamp for the radiator neck on your stock radiator. Done.

remember not to over tighten your radiator hose clamp because the radiator inlet and outlet are made of plastic. I swapped a B-series and I had over heating issues with my stock radiator. Then I swapped it with a fluidine and it runs cool now.
