Default Are these on-line shops OK ?

Hi guys, I need an OEM rear bumper for my 93 Civic EX Coupe. It costs me around $500 to install one locally, so I thinking to get it online and install it myself. I got a good deal from these 2 online shops, they have the bumper for around $100 shipped. But I just wondering if the shops are OK, and if anyone ordered from them before. Their websites are http://www.honda-auto-body-parts.com and http://www.autobodypartsonline.com . Any input will be appreciated!

$100 shipped for a bumper is suspiciously cheap...

they aren't OEM
"replacement aftermarket auto body parts"

so... the quality may not be too good.

actually, I checked out the FAQs and found...

How's the quality compare OEM
All of our parts meet or exceed original equipment specifications as well as being manufactured under ISO 9000/9001/9002 quality control standards. Additionally, many of our parts are CAPA certified for specifications and quality. CAPA certifications are accepted by most insurance companies for substitution of aftermarket parts. All lights are US DOT approved.

and they have a 90 day warranty on them... so I guess they're worth the price
