Default B-SERIES QUESTION

Alright i want to build either a Ls/VTEC or B20/VTEC, i know theres alot of writer ups on this and debate but i wanna know what would be the cheapest, pretty much best bang for my buck?

find a 90-03 integra for like 200 and just swap in the whole b18a.
id rather build a built ls over a lsvtec anyday. plus with the 2g integra you will get the cable tranny you need. you could always thrown on a vtec head later down the road once you get you mounts axles and shitlinkage and exhaust and wiring all settled

one step at a time son

By the way im not a noob, the situation im in is my buddy has a b20 block and ls block and i have a b16 head and i want to upgrade from my single cam i have a crx so that why i was wondering what would be the best bang for my buck, ive always built d-series and looking to move on
