okay so im finally done with my car........or so i thought

everythings working fine except whenever im driving around and i put it in neutral (doesnt matter how fast or what gear im in) my rpms just keep dropping and dropping and then instead of catching itself around 700 rpm like i set it, the car dies. EVERYTIME. i might check the IAC valve to see if its dirty but i connected all the hoses correctly and i just dont get why its stalling

any help would be greatly appreciated
