i just received a megan racing test pipe for my 95 civic ex. it has a spot for the o2 sensor, but i don't need it because i don't have an o2 sensor coming off my cat.

can i just torque down the bolt that covers the hole for it? or is that something i should get welded?

just torque it down. no need to weld.

 

put the bolt in, if it didnt come with one youll need to search with a bolt that has pipe threads on it, not typical bolt threads
