I have a 90 civic si can I make a crx bumper fit? I know i will have to do a few adustments but will it line up? I need a rear bumperfiller for my civic no luck finding one. If a crx will line up then I wont need one. please help?

The height of the "filler" under the taillight is different IIRC, along with slightly different taillight shape(so shape is a bit different). Also the key hole are in different areas.

Dude I think he answered your question. NO...the civic hatch has a "filler" or metal panel under the tailights...the crx does not the bumper meets directly with the tailights. Second your key hole is in that metal panel. the crx is on the centerpiece of the tailights. even if it did fit by removing the metal panel and "fitting the rear bumper over were the panel would go" you would have to cut a hole in the crx bumper for the keyhole. And why would anyone want to do that?

 

i would . i need a bumper.Iam not worried about a keyhole i can do without the key lock. crx bumpers come easier then my bumperfiller does.

you can make it fit it will just take alot of custom fab to do it but i support it i think that would look sick

 

i actually just tried this...like he said..the filler peice is off...where it meets up on the quater panels is about an inch short on both sides..the key holes are off..
