i got a 93 cx hatch with a 96 swap. it ran fine for a few weeks after finishing the swap but one day the indash clock only works if i push it in as if the car was off and it resets everytime i shut my car off and my radio doesnt work.the battery kept dyin so i changed the alternator but its still doin the same thing and the battery still keeps dying. any ideas what else it could be

 

change your battery, check fuses make sure the harness behind the clock is pushed all the way in

 

thanks i got a brand new battery and the wires are all connected but ill check the fuses but why would the battery keep dying if that and the alternator are good?

 

check your main ground.
