mugen lip help

can replica mugen lips be mounted underneath the bumper like this? if they can, how is this done? do people use brackets? help help help this is for a 96-98 civic

I believe that is a spoon style lip.

I have never herd of anyone mounting a mugen style lip under the bumper.

JDMshit.com sells the "V2" Mugen style/replica lip. It pretty much looks like it mounts from the bottom.
