i am swapping in a JDM ITR motor in my civic next spring and i was wondering what kinda gains youve seen out of the spoon 4-2-1 header with a good exhaust..also how does it sound..and is the header chrome or a bronze color?? thanks

p.s. i know those were kinda some lame questions but i jus felt the need to know

 

First things first, get the motor in your car, then worry about mods.

Do a search on gains with the Spoon header.

The header is stainless steel. That should answer all questions as to color.

 

it turns a golden/bronze color with purple marks...

and a search should turn up answers re: power

hey marc, those purple marks are your finger prints...you have to wipe it down with brakeclean or something similiar after you work on the car....

 

It comes in polished stainless colour. After heat , it will turn into bronzish colour.

You will expect a 10hp gains (best torque figures compare to others.)
