have a 93 civic hatch, just droped in a b18b in there. started the engine and it started fine/idle fine also. but when the engine revs up to 3-3500 rpm the engine loses its power. as if the gas gets cut off or someting. if i was to let go of the pedal the engine will drop down to idle and stays on but if i keep the load on the gas pedal the engine dies. i dont have any cel, and i never came across something like this before.

if i can get any suggestion on how i can fix this it'll be great. thanks

 

TPS and MAP connectors switched around? Timing correct? Just a thought...

 

I had the same problem with my stock P06 whenever it rained, turned out to be the ECU, try a different one
