93 wiring diagram shows wires straight from ECU to injector resistor pack (black box 2x4x4) against the firewall on drivers side (next to hood hinges). You should have a signal there.

The troubleshooting list is pretty long for no fuel. One thing that comes to mind, there was a blurb that said, no spark or fuel happens until the ECU gets Top Dead Center signal from distributor. But since it kicks over with start fluid, it sounds like ignition is up to par.

More to check - does the Engine light come on as soon as the key is on? Does it go back off after a couple seconds, or stay on? If it stays on, can you get the trouble code? (Just in case - there is a 2-wire connector located behind the radio and it can be reached from the driver side. Unhook connector and move it so that you can see the end of the wire. With car off, short the two wires with a paperclip or something and turn key ON, but don't start.) What is the pattern of long-short flashes?

Next, with jumper still there, try to start the car. This is a backup system. If the car does start, it will run really badly - but, you will know that the bulk of wiring and components works and the ECU is the likely cause.

FYI: There is a 15amp fuse under the dash, by your left foot for the ECU. This is where the ECU gets power to drive the injectors. On an 93, the fuse is labeled ECM. Sorry, I don't know exactly which one it is.

alright what you need to do is change the center cap on your drivers side rims...if this problem persists your going to wanna paint the front lip on your car, silver usually works best

Is your H22 OBDI or OBDII. OBDII does not need the resistor box.
