Default what kind of head gasket when running a turbo? PLEASE HELP ME

just want to know i have a b18c1 running a new setup with low compression weisco pistons and eagle rods it a 81.5 mm bore just wanted to know what thickness head gasket to run it. am getting a cometic but can i run the 0.030 thickness which is stock thickness for the b18c1 are increase it. please help me.

on similar builds to yours i have used the factory honda gasket and also felpro head gaskets from the local parts store and never had any issues 30 + psi

yeah mane i see that they got like different thickness. just did not know which one to run. so 0.030 which they say is stock size gasket would be fine dont want to keep changing haead gasket cause am only going to keep it like 10 psi and thats it.
