ABS light wont show when i turn the key to on? is that a problem??

ABS light wont show when i turn the key to on? is that a problem??
i have a 98 prelude and i was reading a couple forms about ATTS and then i noticed that they had there ABS light on when the ignition is turned to on. I checked mines but then it didnt show. So im woundering if my ABS is even working?. I checked the fuse and its still good. i dont really know much about abs but im still searching around and thought i would ask the pros and see what you guys say. Thanks

Maybe your light is blown or someone removed it. I know of some shady mechanics that instead of fixing problems remove just remove check engine light bulbs.

it was a blown bulb but now its stayong on haha the code is 12 open/short on front left whhel sensor... should i try to clean it? i havent looked at it yet but i read this form saying that it might need to be cleaned. plus i dont think who ever had this car before me took care of it seems like its never been touched
