Default replacing ignition cylinder

long story short, my ignition cylinder wont rotate anymore. I bought a new cylinder with key from honda. is there anything else I'll need to replace it? Better yet, does anyone have a link? I searched google and yahoo and found info on 96+ civic cylinder replacement but nothing for my 89.

a possible maybe:

how do I rekey the cylinder to match the original key? or would it be less work to rekey the doors and trunk?

http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/ignit...tch/index.html . The 90 Accord ignition lock cylinder setup is very similar to the Civic's.
