Default D15B & D16z6 Cam, D15B vs D16z6 Cam, JDM D15B vs Z6 Cam

I would like to put to rest the debate between USDM and JDM camshafts. Remember D Series VTEC doesn't have Exhaust VTEC Lobes.

Here are the comparisons (Estimate Lifts in mm):

CODE:---------B537----------D431--------C332-------RumorZ6---
TYPE:-------Wide Lobes---Thin Lobes--Wide Lobes--Thin Lobes--
CAM:-------||-D16z6-||--||-D16z6-||--||-D15B-||--||-D16z6-||-
INTAKE:
Primary-----|| 35.86 ||--|| 35.95 ||--|| 35.95 ||--|| 36.15 ||
VTEC--------|| 38.03 ||--|| 38.15 ||--|| 38.25 ||--|| 38.20 ||
Secondary--|| 36.12 ||--|| 36.25 ||--|| 36.25 ||--|| 36.15 ||
EXHAUST:---|| 38.00 ||--|| 38.00 ||--|| 38.10 ||--|| 38.00 ||
Bare Lobe: All same 29

Cam Codes [Found on distributor side]:

D16z6 (Thinner lobes):
CX21
D152
DF46
DW38

D16z6 (Wide lobes):
B132
B537
B539

D15B (Wide lobes):
C332

EDM (Unknown Type):
B530
D751

Cams code number B*** is either USDM or EDM cam found in D16z6.
Cams code number C*** is JDM, some codes are USDM.
Cams code number D*** is rumored to be aggressive cams found in D16z6.

Cylinder Head Codes:
The heads seem to be identical but most are:
(P08-1,5 JDM)(2-4,6 USDM)

D15B (JDM):
92 VTI D15B Auto -- P08-1 Rumor of 5

D16Z6 (USDM):
92 Si D16Z6 Manual -- P08-2
93 Si D16Z6 Manual -- P08-4
94 Si D16z6 Manual -- P08-3
94 SI D16z6 Manual -- P08-5
93 EX D16Z6 Manual -- P08-3 & 4
94 EX D16z6 Manual -- PO8-2 & 4
95 EX D16Z6 Auto -- P08-2
95 EX D16z6 Manual -- P08-1 (Rumor)

Using the right ecu is crucial in using the right ignition timing and fuel, the following doesn't include injector adjustments, milling, etc. A professional tuner recommended.
ECU:
D15 Mini-Me w/JDM Cam [Use JDM P08 Maps]
D16 Mini-Me w/JDM Cam [Use JDM P08 Maps adjust ccs to 1.6L]
D15 Mini-Me w/USDM Cam [Use z6 Maps adjust ccs to 1.5L]
D16 Mini-Me w/USDM Cam [Use z6 Maps]

Pictures:
C332 & D431

Conclusion:

Right off the bat, obviously the D15B has advanced timing and more duration. However the lift is almost identical after comparing the two cams. There has been rumors of a thin lobe z6 cam that is more aggressive but that is a debate itself. While the numbers do not suggest much of a difference in lift, the duration on the c322 JDM cam is more, in other words the ramps start sooner and end later. Moreover, whether their is a magical USDM z6 cam somewhere out there with more lift, I doubt that it has more duration, so the d15b cam is the most aggressive stock d series cam found.

Is there a difference between the lift of an auto D15B cam vs its manual counterpart?
