How To Remove 2008 Accord Firewall .. Need Helps (want to change low beam)
how do you remove the plastic screw , that blocks you from reaching in to the light socket on the 2008 honda accord. i tried to follow the Honda Accord Manual and remove 2 Plastic Screw(s) like they stated... but my arms and hands isn't a 12 year olds hand nor do i weight 90lbs. is there a proper way you can easily pop them out?
thanks in advance

umm... the firewall is the thick metal section that divides the engine area and the interior cabin...
i would look in the owner's manual in the maintenance section, and read how to replace the headlamp bulb.
-------
also don't go necroing old threads, for no reason if you are making a new one anyway...

i want to change the low beam (9006)also, but having a hard time remove the plastic piece that holds the firewall in place. i can only remove it by FORCE which i mean violently pulling on it with a flathead.
is there a easier way / proper way to remove those plastic pieces?
thanks!

good golly, ninja edits batman!
i don't own an '08 accord...
but if you can't reach the screws... get a longer screwdriver???
if you can scan the steps, or post a picture of where the screws are.. it would be really helpful.
u have to take due care with the new '08 front end, i've seen threads where people take off the bumper, and the bumper is held in with small plastic clips... break the clips, bumper will not fit properly anymore...

plastic clips sounds about right.. and thanks for the info
(iam trying to describe it BEST i can.. pretty pissed off anit even thinking str8)
ill take it easy on the Plastic Clips and remove them with care so they can reCLIP on later then, instead of prying the little bastard off.
