i just swapped out my b18b and replaced it with a 00 b18c5 engine, everthing is complete and i ran into a issue. the car will start with a p28 stock ecu out of a sohc vtec engine, i got a conversion harness obd1 to obd2b and ran the stock itr ecu and then car is turning over nicley but just wont start, i have spark and fuel. i tried a ls ecu out of a obd2b and same thing. so i went back to the shop replaced the conversion harness and it did the same thing again.

does anyone know what it could be?

 

The ITR and LS ECUs, they wouldn't happen to be US/Canadian would they? They have immobilizers in them, the JDM versions don't

 

yes they are canadian ones, so im guessing thats my problem? how do i bypass the immobilizer?

Unless you know someone who knows how to remove the immobilizer you don't. It can and has been done thats all I can tell you.
