Default car wont start need help asap!!!!!!

ok so the situation is my car cranks over just fine ,im getting spark, im getting fuel, but my car wont start. searched trough the forum but nothing......

my buddy had the same problem with his 96' teg. it ended up being his distributor.. he was getting fuel, spark (not enough).. so id just throw another distributor on and see.

what he said..try another distributor if you have one or know someone who can let you use theirs. if it starts then find out what is wrong with yours...could be a bad coil, cap or rotor....good luck

have you checked your timing belt, this sounds awfully familiar to me. i pray its not but i whould definetly check it. if you have spark and fuel whats next? is it out of time? thats all that whould stop you from running except if your air filter is extrmely clogged.

it cant be the timing...if it was the timing belt then it wouldnt be cranking at all....checking the simple stuff first will help you eliminate things easier

ok so finally figured it out...thanx for all the help...... it ended up being my distributor it was sparking but not enough so went got a new one and voala it works!!!!
