just post a little about your setup, IE motor, trans, hp output, clutch, times etc.
i usually just shift right before rev limiter just a normal let off the gas a little throw the gear quick but not ricer fast where im gonna break my shifter haha.
that was with vitara sohc vtec, zc cable trans, stock pp, act 4 puck disc, 20psi running somewhere around 260-280whp. best run was 12.27@110.6 1.795 60 foot on 24.5 M&H

Its funny you say that, i used to flat shift my stock trannies all day long and i have yet to do it to my liberty

looking for dumber details like. do you bang the limiter once for a second, flat foot stock stuff, hmm. just looking for new things to try next season.
Don't hit rev limiter unless you're spinning first and trying to let the car's speed match the transmission speed. No gear with traction should see rev limit. Just close to it.
Other than that. Just beat on it. Full throttle shift. Lift to shift. Whatever your preference.
