Default EF h22a suspension

Hello again. Im in the middle of the H22A swap into EF. As everything is apart I would like to change my suspension to something better that can handle the extra weight of the engine.

What would be the best spring rates for my EF. I have my eyes on some omni power full coilovers which what the rates of 10 and 12. Is this a good choice or should I look for something different thanks for the input
