Default ef/ek interchangability?

Hello. I have an EF and I was looking at some suspension upgrades. I run into a set of Omni power full coilovers that are originally ment for EK. Im just wondering how much modification do I have to do to make these coilovers to work on my EF. Thanks for the input

You will need to grind down the shock mount bushings in the rear lower control arms, because the '96-00 Civic rear dampers have a narrower mounting fork.

You will need to source front lower mounting forks from a '92-00 Civic, del Sol, or '94-01 Integra because the diameter is larger than the '88-91 Civic or '90-93 Integra forks.

Also keep in mind that '92-00 Civic coilover assemblies are longer overall than the '88-91, so you won't be able to set it very low if that's what you're looking for.

If the Omnipower damper bodies are the same for all '88-00 Civics, then all of these problems would be solved by simply sourcing the threaded lower mounting attachments for an '88-91 Civic or CRX. I have no idea if the dampers themselves are the same, or if those attachments can be purchased separately.
