Honda bills for 8-12 hours depending on the dealer. You did it by yourself in 4 hours? I don't believe that.
That thread even said it takes 6-8 hrs and that was with more then one person.

It took me a looong *** time. But I took breaks and went slow. I had never done a top install before. It was a nightmare. But I think it would go a lot faster the second time around. I would imagine around 4-8 hours for me (by myself) the second time around.
I also spend a lot of time getting things exactly as I want them. If it's 1mm off, it's still off by 1mm so I have to fix it or I'll go insane. So I spent a good amount of time getting the strap retrofit right. If you don't get it right, the top last bar will look weird underneath the top.
There were a lot of shops laughing at me for doing in the install by myself. I got quotes of anywhere from $600-1k+ for labor on the top even after I told them that I allready have the old top off the car.
Buy a lot of rivets. For the rain rail, it does matter what side of the rivet you put on what side of the rain rail. So pay attention to how the old ones were oriented. I found that out the hard way.
It's easiest to take the interior out of the car regardless of what fruitcakes tell you. I didn't want to be squeezing in between the seats/rollbars to do the install. It took like 15 mins to take all that stuff out. The "cyclon" DIY on S2KI is awesome. He's also a really cool guy. He helped me out a lot. His name's Joe.
