Default terrible suspension problem!

I have an 02 rsx with eibach springs and 18'' tenzo passion rims with low profile khumo tires. Ive had the car for a year and bent 2 rims both in the front from small road objects that couldnt be avoided. The small bumps that they pace at bridges n such sound like a just hit something HUGE when i go over them. I CANNOT take bumps. Anyone know of anything i can do that wouldnt cost a grand to fix. IE. Cheap struts? Tein i know are like over a grand and i really dont have that kind of money to throw around. I know my biggest problem is the 18'' rims with that low suspension. I could possibly have a problem with the struts already but i really cant tell that the car bounces so i assume i have no problem with the stock struts or the eibach springs are really tight. Solutions please.... ?

You're looking for a solution that doesn't exist.

Either get rid of the boat-anchor 18" wheels and put a 16" or 17" wheel on the car, or do the suspension correctly and get off of lowering springs on OEM shocks.

FWIW, the shocks are dead. You may think they are ok, but they won't be.

Upgrade your shocks. All stock shocks will surely blown no matter what your driving condition is.

I bought the car with the rims and suspension already done. New rims are gunna have to be out of the question, the stance and rims look sick on the car the way it is now. Wouldnt wanna loose the look. What kind of shocks would be good with the eibach springs?

What do you expect? Every bump is going to be amplified because of heavy @ss wheels and ultra-thin sidewalls. Heavy wheels take a toll on your suspension components (and gas mileage).

Get Koni shocks if you want to do it somewhat correctly.

THe konis will probably help a little but look up the def. of a tire.

One of the purposes is to aid the suspension in cushing the ride of the car. With 18 inch rims you probably will not get a great ride out of them.
