rear wheel bearings....what will happen?
when i'm driving my 89 crx...i can hear the back tires spinning super bad. a mechanic told me that it's because of my wheel bearings being bad....my question is.....how important is it to fix this problem. if i don't what will happen?
Actually it is a safety issue... or at least a possible stranded on the side or the road or [freaking] some stuff up really bad if it goes on you. Replace it and be done with it and not have to worry about it anymore.
its bad.. Imagine if one wheel suddenly decided to stop spinning when you are going 60 mph. its worth it to replace it, because you will instantly get better gas mileage as well.

its dangerous if you put off repairing it for awhile...my friend's front bearing busted n his front wheel fell of and rolled away from his car...it was a scary moment in my life but it was funny as hell ...hahaha
