Default Wheel fitment question.

Hello Honda Fit owners. I have a question about wheels. I am thinking about buying an '09 Fit next year and I wanted to put some aftermarket 15" wheels on the car. I was thinking either a 15x7.5 +34 offset or a 15x8 +36 offset. As for tires I plan on running 205/50/15 all around. Which would work best on a Fit lowered between 1"-1.5"?

Thanks

Scott

I don't know about the new Fit but with the old Fit you will have trouble going with either of those options. You will rub in the fenderwells. The widest I went without any problems was a 15x7 +35 offset running 205/50's.

One of my friends was running 17x7.5 without problems but the offset on that was +42

Original offset was +55 so don't do too low of an offset

Thanks for the info. I was looking around at some fits on here and the 15's look kinda small. I like the look of 16's on the fit. Thanks again.
